We assist communities, non-profits, and community support organizations to develop sustainable strategies and effective solutions to build capacity to serve North Dakota residents.

Economic Development
SBPC has been a designated Economic Development District by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA) since 1978. Our partnership with EDA supports our efforts to provide planning and technical assistance for regional economic and community development initiatives.
Project Management
We provide letters of support and grants and project management services to local units of government and economic support organizations in our region. Our expertise is in state and federal funding.
We also provide ongoing technical assistance for new priorities identified for the region in the form of hosting events, trainings, and connecting communities with resources.
